the reason for this blog

I was sitting at my desk at work the other day, and thinking to my self I need another way to keep myself bussy when I cant sleep at night, And it hit me. Im going to do a small review and maby story of how I got into the band blah blah blah... of the CD's im my personal collection.Have no fear I still will do "so this is where all my money gos" on a regular basis. That is dedicated to all the NEW items that wind there way into my collection. This is about the existing CD I already have and have bin enjoying for next to forever. Maby just maby Ill get into the vinyl. Im not 100% if Ill ever get that froggy, but who knows. This is going to be on a random basis. What I mean by that is this is NOT a top ten, tweny, or one hundred count down. Or a list of the bands that changed my life. This is a blog about ALL the music in my collection. IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER just what ever I have at arms reach of what Im listning to at the time of post. At the same time it will contain ALL the good, the bad, and the shit Im ashamed of. Im thinking this is going to take a while so sit back and enjoy the ride.

# 17 shelter ''mantra''

Shelter was one of the Krishnacore bands I like, Them and 108. Mantra was released by supersoul/ roadrunner records. I know roadrunner the label that did napalm death put out shelter. But it worked I realy dig this CD I dont know. It a bit on the popy side but still has a old school hardcore feel to it. Lyricaly introspective and casts an eye society at large as well as animal rights.
I always liked them live they were a bit happier on stage than when I would see youth of today. In YOTD Ray always seemed angry and not having fun but shelter was the opposite they seemed to be more comfortable in there skin and on the stage.
